    Yes. If you have an idea for a custom product, one-off gift, special engraving, logo piece, keepsake, sign, ornament, drinkware design, or personalized item that is not listed on the site, please reach out before ordering. We can review the idea and let you know whether it is something we can make.

    What should I send with a custom request?

    Please include the product idea, quantity, deadline, personalization details, preferred size or material, and any photos, sketches, logos, or inspiration you want us to review. The more detail you provide upfront, the easier it is to confirm what is possible.

    Can you make a one-of-a-kind gift?

    Often, yes. One-of-a-kind gifts are reviewed case by case based on the product type, design complexity, materials, timing, and whether the request fits our equipment and production process.

    Can you engrave my logo or artwork?

    In many cases, yes. Please send a clear file or image so we can review it. Simple, high-contrast artwork usually works best for engraving. We cannot reproduce copyrighted, trademarked, or protected designs unless you have the rights or permission to use them.

    Do custom requests cost more?

    Custom and one-off products may cost more than standard listed items because they can require extra design time, setup, proofing, materials, or testing. We will confirm pricing before moving forward.
