If you have an idea for a one-off gift, special engraving, sign, logo piece, ornament, drinkware design, or personalized item that is not listed on the site, include the product idea, quantity, deadline, names or wording, preferred size or material, and any photos, logos, artwork, or inspiration you want us to review.

What details should I include?

Can I ask before ordering?
Yes. If you are unsure whether a design, logo, wording, or timeline will work, contact us before placing the order. That is especially helpful for custom product requests and time-sensitive gifts.
Can I ask about production or shipping?
Yes. Production time and shipping time are separate. If you need an order by a certain date, contact us before ordering and include your deadline, location, and the item you are interested in.
What if there is an issue with my order?
Contact Yogi’s Creations with your order number, email used at checkout, and clear photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and explain the next step.
Can I send a logo, photo, or inspiration image?
Yes. Send the clearest file or photo you have. Simple, high-contrast artwork usually works best for engraving and custom product layouts. We’ll review the file and let you know whether it should work for the product.
