At Yogi’s Custom Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help! Please review our return policy below for more details.

1. Return Eligibility

• Non-Customized Items: We offer a 14-day return window for non-customized items from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Customized Items: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for customized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you'd like to return a non-customized item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. You can reach us through:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and a brief description of the reason for the return.

3. Condition of Items for Return

• The item must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.
• If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

4. Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. The refund will be issued within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the item you would like.
