Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Production Time
Most orders from Yogi’s Creations are made to order, personalized, engraved, printed, or customized after the order is placed.
Our standard production time is typically 1–3 business days before an order ships. Production time may vary during holidays, peak seasons, large custom orders, supply delays, or when we need additional information from the customer.
If your order includes personalization, engraving, custom artwork, logos, photos, names, dates, or other customer-provided details, please review everything carefully before placing your order. Missing or unclear information may delay production.
Shipping Time
After production is complete, most shipped orders are estimated to arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping carrier, destination, service selected, and carrier conditions.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high package volume, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on eligible orders of $75 or more, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Some oversized, heavy, bulk, custom, or special-order items may have different shipping costs or requirements. Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.
Rush Processing
Rush processing may be available for some orders for an additional fee.
Rush processing moves eligible orders ahead in our production schedule, but it does not guarantee carrier delivery speed unless an upgraded shipping method is also selected and available.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the timeline is realistic. Because apparently shipping carriers still refuse to bend time, despite repeated customer requests.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking number. Tracking may not update immediately after the label is created.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Yogi’s Creations is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
Yogi’s Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier, incorrect address information, or unavailable recipients.
If your tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your local post office, delivery carrier, mailroom, front desk, or delivery location first.
If a package appears lost or delayed in transit, contact us and we’ll help review the issue where possible.
Damaged Packages or Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match your order details, contact us as soon as possible.
When reporting a damaged or incorrect item, please include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A short explanation of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Clear photos of any visible damage
This helps us review the issue and determine the best next step, which may include a replacement, correction, refund, carrier claim, or another appropriate resolution.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for eligible orders.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup. For local pickup, custom engraving, return, or order questions, please contact us before visiting so we can confirm details and availability.
Custom, Bulk, or B2B Orders
Custom, bulk, business, crew, utility, or large-quantity orders may require additional production time and may have different shipping costs or delivery arrangements.
If you need a large custom order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering so we can review the project, production schedule, and shipping options.
International Shipping
International shipping availability may vary by product, destination, and carrier service.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country or delivery carrier.
Yogi’s Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs, import processing, local delivery services, or international carrier issues.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify shipping options for orders that cannot be shipped safely, legally, or reliably to the address provided.
Some products, locations, or order types may require different shipping arrangements.
